2010 IS AN EXCITING YEAR for the Swedish community, businesses and heritage in the Seattle area. Swedish Hospital celebrates it’s centennial, and so does the University of Washington Scandinavian Studies Department. To honor this the Swedish Consulate in Seattle is organizing a week long celebration with highlights on Swedish art, food, culture and business of today. Read more about Sweden Week

BUSINESS FOCUS E-DAYS SPECIAL EDITION, part of Sweden Week, highlights Swedish and local industry and promotes business and awareness between Sweden and Seattle. This conference will delve deeply into three of Seattle’s largest industry clusters. Clusters where Sweden and the US find common ground: Clean Tech/Sustainability, Mobility and IT, and Medical Technologies and Global Health. Read more
